Who we are

BRVO is a digital studio registered in England. We build brands, websites, and AI integrations. This policy covers how we collect, use, and protect your data when you visit brvo.co.uk or engage our services.

What we collect

We collect data in three ways:

• Site analytics — Vercel Analytics collects anonymous page views, referrer data, and device type. No cookies, no personal identifiers.
• Contact forms and chat — When you submit a form, email us, or use the Nerve chat widget, we store your name, email, and message content to respond to your enquiry.
• Free audit tool — When you run a site audit, we store the URL you submitted and the audit results. If you provide your email to receive the report, we store that too.

How we use AI

BRVO uses AI (Claude API via Anthropic, OpenRouter) to power the Nerve chat widget, the site audit tool, and client project deliverables. When you interact with Nerve:

• Your messages are sent to our API, which forwards them to the AI provider.
• Conversations are not stored permanently unless you provide contact details.
• AI responses are generated in real-time and are not pre-written.
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Anthropic's API usage policy prohibits training on API inputs.

Sprint deliverables and IP

When you engage BRVO for a sprint, all deliverables — source code, brand assets, design files, and documentation — are handed over to you at the end of the sprint. You own everything. BRVO retains no proprietary rights to your project.

BRVO may reference the project in its portfolio (title, category, and public-facing results) unless you request otherwise in writing before the sprint begins.

Sprint timeline and scope

BRVO operates on a two-week sprint model. The timeline is a commitment, not an estimate. Scope is defined during the discovery call and locked before Week 1 begins. Changes after lock require a separate engagement or retainer agreement.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and audit reports are retained for 12 months, then deleted. Chat conversations without contact details are not stored. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@brvo.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@brvo.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

brvo.co.uk does not use tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and privacy-compliant. No consent banner needed.
